Select a name and identify the type of law firm (small, medium, boutique, urban, rural, etc.) and the kind of law the Firm practices (corporate, family, real estate, criminal, general, etc.).

Select the business structure of the firm, and identify whether the Firm is a: (1) partnership; (2) professional corporation or (3) limited liability company. In doing so, you must discuss, compare and distinguish between the characteristics of these three different corporate structures.
