Select a public company and look up their Annual Report (Form 10-K). Most annual reports can be found by simply searching for them online (Example: Google-"Nike 10-K"). The report should be found either on www.sec.gov or the company's website under the "Investor" section.

would like you to touch upon in this assignment:

1.) After you obtain their most recent Annual Report (Form 10-K), take a look through it and discuss how the company has been performing over the past few years (positively or negatively) and discuss any reasons why for the performance.

2.) Discuss any recent developments (technology, organizational structure, green/recycle technology, etc.) and/or issues (legal, governmental, social, etc.) the company has that might contribute to their financial gain or loss over the past few years.

3.) Use 2-3 of the financial ratios (examples: debt ratio, acid test ratio, AR turnover ratio) that we learned throughout this semester to analyze the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows. Please note that analyzing means not just giving me the answer to the ratio problem, but explain what that answer is telling you about the company. These ratios can be foudn throughout the chapters we have covered in additon to Chapter 15.

4.) Please discuss a few internal control procedures at the organization (if you are able to locate information on them).
