Any area for improvement from your life currently - some examples: Food prep, budgeting, shopping routine, computer files, cleaning schedule, goal setting and achievement or anything you choose.

1. Apply PDSA throughout this project - show your efforts and work

2. Take pictures before and after or somehow show your work before and after i.e. Value stream, process map, 5s or some other means

3.Use graphs, charts, data collection, fishbone, root cause analysis, creative problem solving to show your work

4. Show root cause analysis

5. Show creative problem solving

6. Show decision matrix

7. Present your information and findings from the beginning, prior to any change i.e. The current state

8. Discuss your data gathering, testing and evaluation of the issue analysis

9. Show your findings and savings, specifically monetary, time or steps savings and how they are valuable to the stakeholders ( before and after)

10. Show your plan/ tools to sustain the improvement

11. Reflection):

Outline what worked well, what did not work well and what can be done better for next time
