Use your blueprint to discuss three $(3)$ opportunities for improving the quality and$/$or productivity of the service. Specifically, address what changes can be made to the blueprint to introduce these improvements, either by reorganizing the activities, removing activities, or adding activities. Changes must be shown on the blueprint. Sometimes it is better to have TWO blueprints$$one showing the initial state and the second showing the changes.
