1. my product/service meets existing customer needs but my competitors' do not (i.e. list needs your product/service meets which are not met by any competitors)
2. my product/service does not meet all my customers' needs (list customer needs that are not met by your product/service)
3. customers express little need or desire for my product/services' benefits (describe how you would either change your product to eliminate unwanted benefits and thus save money or how you would educate customers on how/why your product/services' benefits would be valuable to them)
4. customers' needs are met by both your product/service as well as your competitors' products/services (describe how you would change your product/service to differentiate it from your competitors thus making your product/service the better choice)
5. my product/service does not provide the benefits customers desire but my competitors' products/services do (describe how you would change your product/service so that it does meet the desires of customers and hopefully more directly than the competitors' products/services do)
6. my competitor just improved their product/service to meet additional customer needs (describe how you would change/improve your product/service to either also meet that need or meet a different need customers have)
