• Select an immigration topic of your choice that requires a submission (eg. Visitor visa application, study permit application, sponsorship application, refugee (BOC- narrative), H & C, etc.
• Then, find any case on Canlli or other sources regarding your selected topic and provide a summary of the case (You must include the facts of the case, main issues, analysis, decision and reasons, etc)
• Assume that this case has not been submitted yet and imagine you are the representative to provide a submission of the case.
• In your submission, refer to certain section of IRPA/IRPR relevant to your submission and make sure it meets all the requirements of the case (CHECK LIST).
