Select the subject related to Employment and Labour that you are going to analyze.

Analyze the subject selected and that was used in an Employment and Labour Law case and present your analysis, comments in which you will indicate If you agree or not, and if you agree with the allegations and strategies apply or not and what would you have done differently. Use as reference the questions:

• What Legislation and/or Legal Norm was used?
• Why those Legislations and/or Legal Norms was applied?
• Which Legislations and/or Legal Norms you would apply?
• Probes that the Legislations and/or Legal Norms are: Applicable? Benefit? Prejudice?
• Identify, indicate, and briefly analyze the type of Legislation and/or Legal Norm (National/International) that you are working on.
• Identify and indicate the Jurisdiction of Legislation and/or Legal Norm (National/International) that you have selected and briefly explain why.
