Select and review at least five (5) journal research articles related to team-based reward systems in an organisation, specifically looking at the team-based reward process and the degree to which the reward systems affect team performance. Take into account problems arising from the process or more precisely, poor implementation of the process.
2. Select an organisation and investigate how team-based reward is administered in the organisation and how does it affect team performance.
3. Identify any issues or poor implementation of team-based rewards in the organisation. Explain how the poor implementation of the reward has a negative impact on the team performance within the organisation.
4. Suggest what should be done to improve the implementation of the component that you have chosen in question 3.
