Select any organization of your choice, other than a multinational, which has undergone significant change. Provide a through analysis of the change that has occurred. In your report, include the following:

1. What was the change that needed to occur? Why was it necessary that the organization did this change?
2. How was the change implemented? Apply the techniques of change implementation and highlight any implementation challenges and shortcomings that occurred.
3. Evaluate the overall change effort. Did the organization do an effective job in implementing this change? Apply the techniques of overcoming resistance in your evaluation.
