Selecting and training employees is part of the activities in systems implementation to get the accounting information system (AIS) up and running. Employees can be hired from outside or transferred internally and trained to use the AIS effectively. However, some companies short-cut the training process. Critique the reasons for these shortcuts and their consequences.
