Selene and Amelia are involved in the business of training mixed martial arts fighters. Every month, they share profits but there is no partnership agreement between them. The premises of their business venture is rented from Dana. Both Selene and Amelia are arch rivals in the ring where they fight professionally. Last week Selene assigned 10% of her partnership shares to her son, Lucian.
