Written Narrative Reflection

Once you have completed the identified questionnaire and assessment, write. a narrative reflection in 1.5 - 3. pages that includes the following:

1. Briefly identify and discuss the significance of the findings fromboth the LTQ and the Skills Inventory.
2. Explain what the resultscurrently mean for you in terms of your own leadership.
3. Explain what the results mean for you in terms of your own leadership moving forward (e.g., opportunities for personal growth, application of learning, etc.).
