Written Narrative Reflection

Write.a narrative reflection in 2 - 4 .p.ages that includes the following:

1. Explain in more detail what your 2-3 special skills are that you identified in the self-assessment activity. Note:in the self-assessment you can just list the skills, but in the written reflection you should provide a detailed description.
2. Explain how you attained these skills.
3. Explain why you attained these skills.
4. Describe how these skills have previously served you or will serve you in the future in a leadership context (e.g., CPR certification may enable you to take the lead in an urgent/life threatening situation, knowledge of another language may help you understand situations from different perspectives, etc.).
5. Explain in more detail the 2-3 Special Skills you would like to attain that you noted in the self-assessment activity.
6. Explain how you might go about attaining these skills.
7. Explain why you would like to attain these skills.
8. Explain how attaining these skills could contribute to your growth as a leader moving forward. Note: Remember to support your discussion from an evidence-informed perspective.Also, it may be helpful to return to Chapter 3 of the 9th edition of the Northouse textbook when thinking about your answers for this component.
