(SELLER) Durian Happy Cottage Bhd -located in Teluk Bahang - company who run a business of supply durian fruit, pulp and puree to China.

(BUYER) &SHIPPER Fun Happy Hut Co. Ltd. had contacted (SELLER) Durian Happy Cottage Bhd. to supply 1000 units of durian with shell, 200 packages of durian pulp and 200 packages of durian puree (without shell) on 31^st Oct 2020.

The parties agreed to use FOB terms and an irrevocable letter of credit been used as to guarantee the creditworthiness of (BUYER) &SHIPPER Fun Happy Hut Co. Ltd.

Upon received the irrevocable letter of credit issuing by Public Bank Bhd and the bill of lading dated 29 October 2020 from M18 Bhd who is the shipper, China Merchant Bank proceed payment to (SELLER) Durian Happy Cottage Bhd.

(BUYER) &SHIPPER Fun Happy Hut Co. Ltd had designated Giant Shipping to carry the durians.

On 31^st October 2020, the durians were loaded on the vessel.
