Send an email to the Project Team for the office fit out project include Ellen Foster and cc Jeremy Langford as well. The purpose is to advise that you are including a link to an online Survey to seek feedback on the cost management processes throughout the Project and to recommend improvements. Include an explanation of what the survey is going to be. It's going to be just asking questions about what they thought of the cost management process, if it was affective, if they can recommend any improvements. And in this email one of the main criteria is providing a link also. Advise the recipients that you are reviewing the Plan2go cost-management processes for continuous improvement. Request the Team to respond to the survey by using the link embedded in the email by the end of the week. Please see this link below
