Senior management are extremely happy with the research and meetings you conducted with the team and the report that you submitted (Assessment 1). You have been advised that your next task is to develop and implement tasks which will create an opportunity for teams and individuals to build on their current critical thinking skills. Complete the following tasks to create a learning environment that promotes and encourages the team development in critical thinking. 1. For this task you need to develop a series of documents which will be used to deliver tasks to enhance the critical thinking abilities of the teams at John Readings. Based on the research you conducted with the team (Assessment Task 1) complete a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using the template provided here. 2. Complete a Training Plan, using the template provided here. When completing the training plan, you must as a minimum include one task addressing each of the following areas of critical thinking and problem solving: a. Analysis b. Synthesis c. Evaluation
