1. In relation to risk assessments, do you believe that a scientific approach, to determining an offenders' needs for treatment is better than that of a subjective or personal approach when working with and offender?

2. In your personal opinion, do you feel that addressing the criminogenic needs of the offenders would actually reduce their success in completing community supervision satisfactorily. Why or why not?
