Sergio inherited 3 years ago, the 50% of a house that co-owns with his sister, Gloria. It is a nice house in Cadaques, where they usually spend some weekends and short holidays. The house has a recently updated cadastral value of 120.000 (30.000 of it corresponding to the land), and paid a 400 Real Estate Tax to the City Hall.

This year, during 3 months in the summer, they rented the house to French tourists for 2.000 monthly.
