Global Strategies:

Identify a particular global market where you would like to expand operations to. Explain the factors that makes a viable market for your company. Describe and explain two strategies to reach this particular global market.

Code of Ethics:

Discuss with your team the ethical approach of your business and write a reflective sample code of ethics including at least 4 major areas (codes for personnel, Codes for the use of company property, Codes for Sustainability, etc.)

CSR position:

Consider the effects of your business in society and identify your particular stands on Corporate Social Responsibility. Describe your position and develop two CSR efforts in detail.
