Assume you are a health care HR leader. Pick one operational challenge to analyze (i.e., strategies to achieve the organization's strategic goal, conflict management role as a HR leader, overall talent management process, overall recruitment and retention of health care workforce, compensation plans for the entire organization, etc.). For this discussion, either choose to research and write well-supported response or attach a 4- to 5-minute audio or video recording of yourself discussing the following:
