"SEXUAL BANTER"

Brenda is a 20-year-old recently hired server.As a new member of the service team, she often finds herself the object of pranks and sexual banter from some of the male servers.Initially the banter appeared harmless and humour based but as time past, some of the comments became more personal and at times, disturbing.

Annoyed,Brenda finally complains to the management of the restaurant.In order to appease her,the management decided to rearranges the employee schedule.The new schedule now has Brenda working on the most sought-after shifts while the alleged servers find themselves scheduled on the opposite shifts that are not as lucrative.The male co-workers,who have more seniority than her,are infuriated by the manager's action and are asking for a fair resolution.
