S.F1 To be entitled to act as a dual agent, a real estate professional must do each of the following, except a. Early on, give notice to all buyers and sellers in the transaction of the possibility that the real estate professional (and/or the employing broker) will be or is already representing more than one party in the transaction. b. Transmit an acknowledgment form to all buyers and sellers in the transaction detailing the specifics (e.g., identity/identities of the real estate professionals involved in the dual agency and the party or parties they represent). c. Obtain and retain a signed acknowledgment form from each buyer and each seller in the transaction consenting to the dual agency. d. Disseminate all financial and bargaining information in the transaction to all buyers and sellers, so that each party has full knowledge of all relevant information, and the real estate professional/dual agent hides nothing (no secrets) from any party.
