What is a financial services product?

It's a service or item that the company provides to its customers for a (direct or indirect) fee

Examples of categories:

oloans

oinvestments

oinsurance

otrust services

oaccounts

omeans of doing transactions

oetc.

Do not write one of the above categories! They are categories, not specific products. For example, a mortgage is a specific product (that falls in the loans category). You need to state the product, not the category
