• share with your classmates a topic you would like to research and explain which method(s) discussed in the textbook you'd apply when researching.
• What's your hypothesis for this study? Keep in mind, the more specific your hypothesis, the easier it is to test it (so, you can't test "middle children are awesome" - that's too general of a statement!! but "there's a correlation between being the middle child and being independent" is a better start.).
• Also, remember, the only way to establish a cause and effect relationship isto design a controlled experiment.
