Sheet 5: SWOT Another Enactus project, Project YouKnighted are working with schools to help less privileged students (6 years to 12 years) to complete their education and encourage them to pursue a college degree. Their project is at a standstill. Since the lockdown of the COVID 19 they have not had any sessions with the teachers or the students. Mark, Ramandeep and Cho are student volunteers in Enactus Youknighted, and they are thinking about conducting an online event for students at the end of their school year in June. The session would be 2 hours long and would include local musicians and celebrities talking to the students about different jobs and what their jobs are like. There would also be singing parts etc. Ramandeep has an Uncle who works as customer service at RBC in Lakefield, Cho's husband is a musician with a local band and has lots of contacts in this area. Mark used to be an event planner before quitting his job and starting a degree in Computer Security and Investigation at Fleming college. As a team create a SWOT analysis model for this new project.
