Shifty sold his farm to Leroy on November 1 for $275,000.00. Leroy immediately took possession and recorded his Deed. On December 1, Shifty sold the farm for $5 to his brother-in-law Crafty, who recorded his deed on that date. A dispute over ownership of the farm later developed between Leroy and Crafty.
