At the end of June, Alex, president of SHINING Sdn Bhd, sat inside his carriage outside the company and thought about the problems he faced. SHINING THE COMPANY

SHINING Sdn Bhd (SHINING) is considered by its competitors and customers in the business as one of the most established and best-managed commercial pool service companies in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area. SHINING services involve a variety of seasonal pool requirements for commercial customers, most of which are apartment buildings and hotels with swimming pools.

These works include cleaning, painting, filling outdoor swimming pools, and supplying rescuers and pool chemicals. All year round, mechanical maintenance is stored on the pump and filter in each pool. The busiest and most profitable periods are school holidays and festive seasons when the company also supplies rescuers for apartment buildings with swimming pools. Commercial pool companies bid for contracts for these apartment pools the beginning of the year. During peak seasons such as school holidays and festive seasons, college or high school students have worked to fill a huge seasonal increase in demand for rescuers.

Zul believed that one of the keys to his work as a good overseer was to keep his saviors motivated. He knew it could be very boring for rescuers to sit by the pool for hours with little to do. Other responsibilities of zul include scheduling rescuers to the pool, training, hiring, and rescue dismissal, payment schedule, public relations, supply scheduling, and many other tasks. Although Zul's injury will not keep him from doing his job, he still gives his resignation. Alex thinks that Paul believes that he is responsible for the poor work of M and that he has become very upset. Alex realizes that, with a workload at his peak, he has little time for long-term design.

Alex also noticed that not only Malik, other rescuers experienced serious problems, especially in performing their daily tasks and dealing with customers.
