1Carla Contractor agrees to build a house for Harry Homebuyer for $50,000.00 Halfway through the project, Carla learns that she will lose money on the job. She therefore quits work on the house and asks for a higher price. Carla completes the house after Harry promises to pay an additional $10,000.00. (This is NOT a UCC contract) Is Harry's promise to pay enforceable?
