John and Noreen, both are the directors for Human Capital Sdn Bhd. They are planning to appoint Maria as one of the directors in their company. While both of them live in Kuantan, Maria is currently residing in Hong Kong. Advise John and Noreen on Directors Residency requirement.

Soraya is a director for both Blessed Life Sdn Bhd and Happy Bun Sdn Bhd. On July 2013, Blessed Life Sdn Bhd went into insolvency and one year later Happy Bun Sdn Bhd is having the same unfortunate ending. Advise Soraya whether she can be a director for another company in 2015.
