You are the lead manager at Thrifty Wheels, a car dealership in Batavia, Florida. Your boss Earl Rapp, the founder and owner of Thrifty Wheels, was recently approach by Social Consulting, a company specializing in managing car dealerships'social media accounts. For a monthly fee, they would set up and operate Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat accounts for Thrifty Wheels. Your boss knows nothing about social media and is very interested in the deal.
