Short report

You score a job as an intern for a small paper supply company for the summer called the Creed Bratton Paper Company.  The CEO is a nice enough guy, although sometimes he shows up for work a bit disheveled. It is clear that though he is very intelligent, he doesn't seem to know a whole lot about the internet. 

He has heard that it is important have positive online reviews for a company.  He asks you to research ways in which the company can encourage customers to leave online reviews, and can specifically help cultivate positive reviews.

When your supervisor, Pam Beesly, is going over the assignment with you, she tells you to write Mr. Bratton a memo report that explain what tactics could be used, as well as what tactics should not be used to cultivate these positive reviews (and why).
