Shortly after the park opens tragedy strikes.A robot malfunctions and kills several human guests.Western-World continues operation after the incident.Through use of nondisclosure agreements with the victims' families the park succeeds in keeping the disaster a secret.A few months after the robot murdered a few of the guests, Logan and William decide to visit the park to consider investing in it.William is very reluctant to travel to the far-away park but Logan is very excited about the trip.Before going they talk to a booking agent for the park.The travel agent (a park employee) promises them they will have a wonderful time or they will receive a complete refund.The agent also tells them that the park is totally safe and that the androids have never hurt any guests, ever.After dozens of drinks and a night of watching their favorite Western movies both Logan agrees.William is reluctant to come but after Logan threatens to have him fired from his real world job if he doesn't come, William relents and agrees as well.They each sign a document that reads in full:

In exchange for the visitation fee of $20,000.00 per day, I will be able to visit the Western-World Park for 14 days.My credit card will be billed daily for the visitation fee.This fee is an all-inclusive resort and my fee covers all food, drinks, medical care, ammunition and other expenses in the park.If at any time I destroy any buildings within the park, I agree to pay an additional fee of $100,000 per building destroyed.Western-World reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if I attempt to reprogram or steal any of the androids in the park, or if I assist any androids in escaping.
