-Should minors be required to get the permission of parents/legal guardians to get birth control and/or access to an abortion? What definitions of "minor" (ie. age range) would be appropriate? How do the rights to personal autonomy (the right of a person to make his/her/their own health decisions) get balanced with the need to protect minors?
