Should Trader Joe’s move into larger spaces to offer more unique products to their customers?

Trader Joe’s is a neighborhood grocery store that offers unique items in a small footprint. Their angled aisles allow customers to see what is available. The employees learn all jobs and are rotated during their shift. I think this is an excellent idea so an employee would not get bored with their tasks. If you treat your employees right, they tend to stay at the job longer. It costs more to hire new employees than to retain the ones you have. As far as the social media and sales ad, I don’t think they need them. People are loyal to their grocery store and personally, I throw out the sales ad because I don’t have time to shop at 3 different stores to save a couple of bucks. Sometimes simple is better. They are catering to people who want more organic, healthy options.
