** Show the names of authors who have co-authored a book, along with the name of each co-author. The report may contain two rows for two authors, e.g. Smith co-authored book XYZ with Jones, and Jones co-authored book XYZ with Smith. Do NOT include single-authored books.

Some books may be written by more than two authors! Which means the report may have a row for each pair.

Example: "Sea and fog" was written by 3 co-authors: Jay, Moore, and Lane.
