Last day there was missing of RO 8000 cash identified by the officer and Shurooq was dismissed immediately without any notice. She was not given chance to mention the reasons for such incident. The same was found by the public in the news. She felt it as insulting and felt it blocked her future career. Shurooq claimed in the court for damages for removing her from job without hearing the reason and affecting her career. The company in turn charged Shurooq with penalty as disciplinary action.
