Angel is a 17 years old BBA student in HSUHK. She visits Alibaba's website and finds a photo of beige colored boots described as "brand new genuine leather boots for $200 per/pair, size 36-40". She immediately completes the order form ordering a size of 38 to be shipped to her home address and clicks the "complete order" button. After receiving the confirmation email from Simon, she pays $200 by a credit card. Five days later, she receives a parcel from Simon, but finds out that the boots are made from artificial leather.

Please advise whether Angel can bring a legal action against Simon.
