Since change is fundamental to TQM, even to well established quality programs, what principles would you employ to see that it's "done right." Support your answer with theory and examples, as appropriate. If possible, give an example from your personal work experience where change was handled well and one where it was handled badly. These personal examples do not have to be quality management related, although that would be ideal
