Since we're about to start our substantive discussion of the judicial system - I think it would be a useful exercise to identify one thing that you consider is going right for the legal system and one thing that you think is heading in the wrong direction. And while obviously, our media and our culture tend to focus on the negative in most cases, there are clear success stories since most of you seem to want to end up as part of the judicial process.

So identify one good trend and one negative. You don't need to be overly specific, but make sure to explain your rationale.
