Site-Visit

Scenarios: This task requires you to visit a hospital construction site and conduct a hands-on review of the OHS and risk management procedures at site.

During the visit, the student shall perform the following:

RT 3.1 On-site review of the first-aid facility in accordance with OHS legislations

RT 3.2 Check the validity of certificates of the operators of plant and equipment (e.g. crane-operator's cert, ticket of the fork-lift operator)

RT 3.3 Precautionary measures implemented for site hazards

RT 3.4 Assess management of construction safety procedures, check for availability and adherence of SMWS

RT 3.5 Site safety induction training and reporting system for any unsafe condition (UC) or unsafe act (UA)
