siti has violated the rules of usb by signing the contract with dlsb, though there was no such authority for him. unfortunately, mr.tong has also issued a cheque amounting to rm 275,000.00 his refusal to cancel the contract as claimed dlsb is indicating, that he was unaware of the contract being signed by siti and dlsb. hence, siti will have to face the consequences from both ends for his negligence actions and violating the rules of usb as well
