Have you ever reported to more then one manager? What were the challenges of such a situation?

I have not been reported to more than one manager, but I believe the difficulties of reporting to more than one manager include a conflict of priorities and an overload of communication. When there is only one employee and two supervisors, it can be difficult to manage tasks and expectations from multiple managers. When reporting to multiple supervisors, competing priorities can arise because different managers have different desires, making it difficult to decide which activities to prioritize. Communication can be difficult in order to keep both supervisors informed and keep them on the same page.

Have you ever reported to more then one manager? What were the challenges of such a situation?

I have reported to more than one manager in the past. Which I must admit that it was a very awkward situation. One of the main challenges what's the power struggle between the two managers. This made expressing my opinion very difficult especially since one of the managers was very resistant to welcoming new changing methods. Although adopting new ideas and making changes was very essential to the company in order to keep up with competition, finding the right balance to be respectful and assertive between the two managers was extremely hard.
