Despite extensive literature on leadership and its impact on employee innovative behavior, few studies have explored the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee innovative behavior. To address this gap, you design study to investigate how inclusive leadership influence employee innovative behavior by examining climate for innovation as a moderator and creative self efficacy as a mediator variable.

a)Develop schematic diagram to show independent, dependent, moderating and mediating variable based on above situation.

b)Develop at least four hypotheses which should be based on mediation and moderation.
