In a monthly meeting with the heads of different department at Ashera Mountain Re intense discussion amongst them whether to hire a counselor as a new employee ir department. Sakina the food and beverage manager believes that hiring a counselor is good but her/his main tasks should focus on counselling relating employee's performance and productivity at in performing their tasks. She pointed out that any non-related work issues of the employees should not be given attention, as it will be waste of time.
Meanwhile, Idis the executive chef, also favor of hiring a counsellor. He implies that the counsellor should deal with both work-related and non-work related issues of employees as both. can hamper employee's performance and productivity.
Kareem the front office manager have some hesitation of hiring. However, he thinks that having a counsellor, he/she should have a broader job in the organization. The counsellor must bring changes not only with the employees but also with the entire organization.
Basma the housekeeping manager have a different opinion. Hiring counsellor is not important.
The managers themselves are already acting as counsellor to their subordinates.
