Situation- in a high rise building building committee is not happy with the current cleaning contractor, his cleaning staff is not doing cleaning job proper and not cleaning building certain areas in a timely manner and usually they forget things around so building committee had a meeting with building manager and asked him to change the scope of cleaning and increase the cleaning frequency of some areas so building manager spoke with current cleaning contractor head and requested to do that so because it is a building committee's request but contractor was not happy and denied doing that so and he gave a 30 days notice to terminate the contract to building manager.

so at the moment building manager is working hard and trying his best to find the new cleaning contractor who can do the job according to the building committee's request. he met with one new contractor and showed him the building around and discussed scope of cleaning work required in the building and contractor is happy to work accordingly and he will provide his quotation by next week.
