Situation: The goal of this activity is to simulate, as much as possible, strategic planning for professional growth. Using available data from your school or a school you have worked in (you have flexibility to decide what data to use, or you may estimate or make-up [attempt to make this real as possible] data that is consistent with the types of data you would actually use in this type of process), engage in a planning process that includes each of the following: 1. Review of existing practices. 2. Analysis of output data (you may use actual data or make-up reasonable data). 3. Determine specific goals. 4. Professional growth activities. 5. Estimated costs of the program. 6. Evaluation plan for the program. Prepare a narrative explanation (cover page, full sentences) of the results of each of the six steps outlined above. 2-3 pages in length
