Six Sigma Problem Statement

Choose a process at an organization of your choice (for example, your workplace) that you think needs improvement. The process could be a purchasing process, an employee recruitment process, a manufacturing process, a design process, or any other process of your interest. In two or three pages, write the problem statement.
