Sixteen-year-old Daniel went to a party and had three shots of whiskey. He then drank a pint of beer. He thought the beer was too bitter, so he washed that taste out of his mouth with a bottle of wine. After he finished the bottle of wine, he started speaking with Belinda. Belinda told Daniel that she liked his pink car. Daniel, trying to impress Belinda, offered to sell it to her for $300. She accepted the offer, and agreed to pick it up the following afternoon. The next afternoon, when Belinda went to Daniel's house with the $300 in cash, Daniel stated that he had been really intoxicated when he agreed to sell her the car. Belinda told him that a deal is a deal. Daniel reluctantly agreed. He accepted the $300 and gave her the keys and title to his car. One week later, Daniel decides that he wants his car back.
