Step 1: Sanding, 3 min/deck, indicate the setup time. Step 2: Painting/ Lithography, 2min/deck the setup time is 15 minutes. Step 3: Drying (UV lamp), 30 min/batch, indicate the setup time Specifically, VolSk8 first sands the decks and then paints them using a lithography machine. The decks are then loaded onto a pallet and dried quickly using an ultraviolet lamp. The pallet is not placed under the lamp until all decks in a batch have been painted. The lamp can dry up to 50 decks at one time, but can be used with batches of any size, i.e., 50 or less. The company offers five patterns that are painted on the decks.
