Sketch the Morse potential using Excel. Suggest a way to determine experimentally the values for a and D_e for a particular molecule. What kind of experiments/values need to be conducted/obtained? Just write about how you would do it: you do not need to do the math yourself nor does your plot need to have values that are specific to a particular molecule.
